data access sets of Balancing Segment Value not working

Hello,

I want to restrict data access to GL Massallocation balancing segment value,

i was advised to use data access set (Access set type ==>Balancing segment value) and link GL data access profile option to the appropriate Responsibility

the setup done correctly but when executing mass allocation using the appropriate responsibility, i can see all ledgers ==> the restriction not working

any advice ?
