Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Transferring Warranty Contracts -- Incorrect End Date at Header

We have a process to transfer warranty i.e. we manually update IB information which is install date or owner to transfer ownership.

1. Existing Contracts get Terminated

2. New contract gets created but in some cases (Not Reproducable) end date at header and line level is not correct although at subline level is fine.

Can you please advice on how to fix this issue?

I am also attaching a screen shot of install base and contract.
