Solution advisor not installed (AAF message)

Hi,

I want to create an AAF Policy to suggest a solution in HR Helpdesk Self Service, based on the Case category selection.

In the AAF setup I get a message saying:

“Advisor is not installed.
The selected Action cannot be used in a Rule since the Advisor product has not been installed.”



How should I resolve this? Every option in the installation table is enabled.




Steps:

  • Enterprise Components > Active Analytics Framework > Policies > Manage Policies
  • Build a Policy
  • Add Actions
  • Action type: “Display activity advisor link”
