Require hard pegging in Descrete Manufacturing

Currently all the materials that we take in Shop Floor Subinventory against the Componet Pick Slip are not reserved against the Job as the Subinventory is non Reservable.  Which is causing a problem, if there are more than 2 jobs having the same material requirement are in process.

There is a possibility that material of 1st Job may get backflushed in 2nd Job.

We want the Hard Pegging so that Material Issued of that JOB should get consummed in that JOB only.
