Missing resource groups in Universal Work Queue

Hello,

just completed a R11 to R12.1.3 upgrade.

i Have assigned several resource groups to a CRM agent, but find that when the agent logs onto the UWQ that some of the groups are missing from the node. E.g. The agent is assigned to 5 groups, but only 2 show up in UWQ.

Anyone seen this before? I think the UWQ form version is 12.0.5
