Full Lot Allocation and Tolerance in WMS

I have a scenario where we do not want to pick partial lots. Let us say LPN has a qty of 100 Yards with 10 Lots and each lot constitutes 10 Yards. Placed an Order for 50  Yards with over ship tolerance 25%. So the maximum qty can be picked is 62.5 Yards which will basically partially allocate or split one lot with 2.5 yards. How to configure in WMS to over pick only 60 Yards in this scenario and not to pick 62.5 Yards as it splits the Lot. I am looking to pick only full lots within the tolerance. Please advise
