Change works in DV. Bu after promotion to PY it does not work

Hi,

We applies a paper fix (Patch)  in code of an NER (N43000970).  Built on DV.  It found the functionality is working well on DV.

Later after DV tests promoted to PY...... But found not working in the functional tests.....

from DV FAT i did a an advaced get to check the spec of PY.    But i could find the change of code is reflecting there......   no idea still why it behaves different in deferent environments....

Do any one has experienced this issue before?   Please advice.
