Quantity UoM Issue

My UoM Conversion says 1CA(case) = 56 EA(each) as in F41002. My shipping UoM is CA and Primary UoM is 'EA'

if I submit an order for 65 EA system should throws me an error or warning message, saying the quantity is UoM invalid something like that, Since system should accept only the muliples of 56/112 etc.....

Do we have an setup or is this something we have to do an customize?

Appreciate your advise.
