Re-key Master Key per PCI 3.6.4 requirements Data Guard 11.2.0.3

I have not found a exact answer to how to re-key the master key per PCI 3.6.4 for my currently encrypted 4 databases in a Data Guard environment.

I am suppose to re-key the Master key once per year. So what is trhe process to do this. In the past I have done the following

I have not had to do this in my Data Guard environment so step 3 is a suggestion that I was told I need to do.

1.  Unencryted all encrypted Tables first.

2. Shut down the wallet.

3. Switch log files several times

4. Removed the wallet and Auto login files.

5. Generated a new wallet and master Key.
