From RAC to Non RAC

We are on R12.1.3 for ASCP and 11.5.10 for OLTP (both are RAC instances currently)

We are now moving from RAC to non-RAC in ASCP and had the below question. During RAC, we need to have all the nodes of MSC_APPS_INSTANCES_NODES populated with the correct instance_id for ATP to work correctly

Now that we are moving to non RAC, do we need to delete the records from this table? Please clarify as I still see the records
