Issues in running R04425

Hi All, I am having an issue in running R04425.

When the report was run last month - Feb 2014, it worked fine and picked foreign currency transactions. However, even though March also does have foreign currency transactions R04425 is coming out Blank. Please see attachments. Thank you for your help.
