Repair Owner Notification

Hello,

There is a field Repair Owner in the Details TAB, just below the Repair Org field in the Depot Repair Form. Is there any way we can send notification to the Repair Owner assigned ?

I see Repair Events (CSD_EVENTS) lookup in the documentation (Implementation Guide) which has a value "Depot Repair Owner Changed". Dont see any thing much in the documentation on this.

Let me know if there is any way we can send notifcation to the Repair Owner assigned .
