Memory not releasing immediately after moving 6-7gb of the file in T4-1 server

Hi,

We are facing problem in T4-1 server for the memory not releasing after moved any big size of the file until next any "ftp" of "cp" command run.

when we fire "mv"  command and memory utilization is increasing 6-7gb and once mv command is finished and file moved but memory not releasing after completions of the mv command it is releasing until I fired any next command like "cp" "ftp" & any zip comamnd.
