R12.1.3 : Invalid's issue after 27 merge patches -- noticed 144 new JAVA CLASS invalid objects

Hello,

As part of functional fixes , we merged 27 patches and applied on the instance with pre and post steps.

After applying the merge driver,noticed 144 new JAVA CLASS invalid objects,ran compile jsp as post patch step which finished with  2 errors

Front end login page returning blank with out any login page or error, may be because of invalid java class objects

We tried this action plan, but still the issue persists  :

1:- Run adadmin

- Choose the following options
1. Generate Applications Files menu
4. Generate product JAR files
Do you wish to force regeneration of all jar files? [YES] ?

2:- Run the commands below
