Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can I export a version of a cartridge from OSM 6.3.1 to an xml file build 421 and then import that xml file into into OSM 6.3.1 build 221 ?
