Quality option on Batch Ingredient

Hi;

On vision instance when we add any new ingredient on batch, system open quality plan window and ask to enter quality results; please advice how to get rid of this window. What setup involve to update so that we don't get this option available.

secondly, it also ask for signature/approval. we don't want both these options at this stage.
