Siebel CTI - How to get the current Record Id from where Transfer Initiated.

Hi All,

I have a new requirement where an activity need to be created for each internal call (Agent to Agent) transfer. Activity should be associated to SR Id if transferred from SR screen and associatde to Contact Id if transferred from Contact Screen.

I tried multiple ways(Client side BS, Command Parameters) however not able to capture the current record Is from where transfer is initiated. Thus I am able to create the activity however not able to associate the same.

Can you please help me how to get the reference of record from where transfer is initiated and associate the Contact and Service Id to activity created as applicable?
