BI Publisher all reports & their run history

Hi All,

          I have following requirements

         1) Find out all the BI Publisher reports developed till date on production.

         2) Last run date for each BI Publisher reports

         3) How many times each report has been executed.

Could someone shed light how this info is stored in BI publisher. IMHO I don't think BIP store repository info in DB. I think it keeps info in file level. If I am correct could someone guide me how to proceed here inwords.
