Project fields mandatory for few item categories - using SPEL in OAF personalization

Hello Friends

I have a requirement to make project fields mandatory in PO distribution when a user is creating a purchase order for a category with the expense account rules of 33122 account

We are in R12.1.2

We use only item categories
