R31410 and lot effective dates

is there any way to tell R31410 to ignore the part list requested date in order to be able to assign lots with lot effective date greater than the part list requested date?

If not, is there any automathic or massie way to update part list requested date for a selection of work orders?

we are detecting work orders that har commit lot controlled items to primary location when exists available quantity in specific lots, the problem is that tese lots have an effective date greater than the part list requested date.

this usually happens when a Work order gets out of date and his planner dont give a new date
