11.5.10.2 : patch 8339900 localization Romania error on POXBWVRP.fmx

Hello,

According to the Doc ID 1310935.1, I have to install the following patch : 8339900

There is an error when adpatch is generating a form for Romania localisation :

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

po    forms/RO    POXBWVRP.fmx

I have tried to compile this form manually by running the command :

f60gen module=POXBWVRP.fmb userid=APPS/APPS module_type=FORM

But there is the output :

FRM-30085: Unable to adjust form for output.

Can you help me to install this patch ?
