Excel to CI asset template does not move the vin to the Staging and Submission sheet.

I am trying to load assets using the Excel to CI interface.  It works fine on the load.  My problem is that when I stage the data on the Data Input Excel sheet, the VIN does not transfer to the Staging & Submission sheet.  If I load it by hand the submission works correctly.  Is there a fix or does someone know the visual basic code that could be added to make the vin insert in every third row?  Thanks.
