Budget checking in job cost

Hi

I have a scenario where budget is set at project level (parent level) and it is not apportioned among the jobs. However the accounting will happen at job level (child level).

How the same should be set up in procurement. The budget account will that be of a project however I can't use that while creating purchase order as I dont want accounting entries to the same.
