Sun Ray issues

I have a problem where my Sun Ray server doesn't seem to be able to start up a client.  It's a rather old software version (4.2), but it was working fine until late last week.  When I try to connect to it from a client, it seems to see it, but it won't bring up a display. From the client, I see 26B->11B->blacksreen->26B->11B, so it appears to be a continuous loop.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
