IB Error for CSISOSHIP transaction

Hi All,

Can anyone help us to resolve the below error.


Program Error: An unexpected error was encountered.

Error code - &ERROR_CODE
Error message - &ERROR_MESSAGE

Action: Contact your system administrator. (SQLcode=-20001) (SQLerrm=ORA-20001: User)
OKC_CONTRACTS_REQUIRED_VALUE (COL_NAME=HEADER (HEADER))
API Programming Error: Installed Base to Contracts Interface Failed.

When i chose to reprocess this error from application it is getting cleared but when i do it from backend this error is not processed from IB errors table. We want to clear this error from backend, please help.
