OrderWebService: InsertOrder

Hi everyone.

Has anyone managed to insert an Order using OOB web service: OrderWebService, operation: InsertOrder?

I have followed the Doc Id: C/OM WS: How to Use QuoteWebService (Doc ID 1093419.1)

but did not manage to create Order, due to error:

No user key can be used for the Integration Component instance 'Header'.(SBL-EAI-04397)
