Serialized object error

Hi,

We are getting erro for application P41112. When access it on web, gets error message "could not load processing option.....". When I checked in OWM/FDA, Processing option field is BLANK for this which means there are no associated PO for this application.

I tried to regen it (8.11SP1/TR 8.98.4.7) but no luck.  Any suggestion on this would be of great help.
