iSupplier Portal - Document link

Hello Experts

We are in the process of attaching a PDF in iSupplier Portal web page and successful in opening that document when we login as buyer

However when supplier logsin using the secured URL and clicking on the link, PDF is not opening up instead it is going back to home

We placed the PDF in both OA Media and OA HTML directories but no luck

We are in R12.1.2
