Report based on Audit Trail

I want to create a report based on existing Audit trail section of a custom object (Opportunity).  The data contained in Audit Trail includes User Name, Field Modified, New Value, Old Value, Date.  My goal is to report  all changes made to the Stage field of a record and the dates when the change were made and who made each change.  Thank you.
