EM 12c Target Monitoring Data

Where does Cloud Control 12c (OEM) store collected statistics - inside the monitored target or repository database? Please provide it for each type of statistics, such as ADDM, memory recommendation, SQL tuning, and the others.

I will appreciate it much if someone can point to any documents / notes that talk about this.
