Unable to order business cards from iProc

When an user tries to order business cards, he will select the link and the page will open all white with "<?xml verison="1.0"?> <response>9</response> or he get's You Cannot Display Page: You cannot complete this task because you accessed this page using the browser's navigation buttons. But other users are able to do this in the same site.

We tried to use his id to login into this site on other user’s machine.  But the user is NOT able to.

Can anyone help?
