How to load Tracing batch using interface tables?

I am able to load Tracing batch using WebADI but we have a requirement to load the Tracing batch using interface tables I had following questions:

- Which interface tables do I need to load the data into?

-What interface program to run to load data from interface table to base tables?

- Do I need to use API to load the data?

Would really appreciate if you can provide a sample code.

Please Note: We did not enable Inventory Tracking as once the product is shipped to Distributor warehouse, stock get distributed to various warehouses of the Distributor and we do not get 'Inventory In' information by store from the distributor. All we get from the distributor is the inventory Out i.e. POS data.
