Personalization on Contact/Addresses tab in SR form

in Teleservice - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

Need some  help in setting a personalization in contact/address tab in SR form.

Requirement is when user is on the contact/addresses tab in Service Request form.There is a field called Token number (renamed credit card number).

Want to give a warning message to the user when the field is not populated  stating token number needs to be populated before they go to charges tab.

Attached screenshot for reference.

Any direction or help is appreciated.
