How to remove Duplicate Asset Lines that were transferred to FA

HI,

   Can someone help me with my concern. I have run PRC: Generate Asset Lines for Single Project and the project assets but some were duplicated assets. Assets (including duplicate asset) were already transferred to FA. Just want to know how will i be able to remove the duplicate asset in FA before the month end for FA starts.
