why are flex credits showing on ben statement p085568?

Greetings-

I am having a problem with the JDE Benefits Confirmation application P085568.  The total employee cost at the bottom of the statement is including flex points in the total as if they are dollar amounts.

The Benefit plan in question is not marked as a flex plan on the main P08320 but it does have PDBA's attached on the EE Flex Cost & ER Flex Credits.  I dont want the EE opr ER flex credits to be included in the $$$ total on teh P085568 but I cant find any processing options on the P085568 or the P085518 to contro how flex amounts are shown.
