Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 Production instance Hangs

Hi All,

Below is mu issue

Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 Production instance Hangs after 3-4 days server reboot. No one can log into login page and even stop script adstpall.sh hangs. This happened 2 times now.

Also I can see below error messages in /var/log/message

Apr  3 10:09:45 orafin kernel: frmweb[15718]: segfault at 000000006974655e rip 00000000f7d532c1 rsp 00000000ffb99c78 error 4

Apr  3 10:11:14 orafin kernel: frmweb[15551]: segfault at 000000006974655e rip 00000000f7d792c1 rsp 00000000ffe09e68 error 4

I can see some error in oacore application.log. Uploaded the same
