How can I add a new sourcing document type?

Hi,

I need to create an RFP (Request for Proposal) sourcing document type in Oracle Sourcing module.  In the Application Object Library Lookups, PON_AUCTION_DOC_TYPES lookup type contains all the available sourcing document types.  I'd like to add RFP in the list, however, the access level of the lookup is System and it does not allow me to create new values.  How do I accomplish this?
