Manual Withholding TAX

Hi All,

I want to deduct Withholding Tax Manually... For Example I have an Invoice of Amount 100 and Withholding amount is 9.50 ... Withholding amount always varies that's why I want to apply withholding tax manually.

Can anyone please help out to cater this situation manually with accounting entries..
