Issue in Requisition Approval JRAD Notification

Hi,

In 11i, We have a custom process as 'Quality Review' in Requisition workflow. On clicking 'Approve' button on Requisition form, depending on the limit, notification will be sent to respective Quality Engineer (hereafter addressed as, 'Quality engineer Message'), where he reviews and approves the notification. In 'Quality engineer Message' (Pl/Sql notification), we are printing  'Requisition summary' (custom) region, where Requisition Total, Justification, Quality codes etc are displayed using custom attribute, Requisition Lines region (standard), Approval sequence (standard), action history (standard).

As part of R12 upgrade process, we have copied the same process to R12 flow.  We have initially upgraded to R12.2.1, R12.2.2 where we did not observe any issue. But, when we upgraded to R12.2.3, in notification window, instead of region, it strated showing up a cross mark (x) as error image in IE browser (not replicated in Mozilla browser).
