Tracking Letters of Credit or Bank Guarantees within JDE

Hi All, I have a Q. Could you please suggest how best to track Letters of Credit or Bank Guarantees within JDE. I believe we can track dates of Bank Guarantees by expiry date within a job by using one of the spare date fields in the Job Master however I am more interested in somehow holding the detail relating to either the BG or the LC. Thank you.
