Any tricks to searching/sorting Knowledge Base results by date to focus on only new docs?

Hi,

I would like to be able to use the Knowledge Base to keep abreast of all new notes for a product.  But I'm not seeing a way to restrict a search by date or a way to sort the results by date?

For example, I'm focused on Oracle U.S. Federal Financials...its easy to search for notes, bugs, etc. for that product, but it would be very helpful to be able to just focus on the newest docs (and docs w/new updates) so that I can keep up on the latest news/solutions from Development and Support on the product.
