All payments are not appearing in available transaction screen

Hi All,

Available transaction screen not showing all payments accept last date of june i.e 30-Jun-2013 only. actually all payments are accounted and transferred to GL. account analysis report with clearing account is showing all transactions. uploading the account analysis report, screen shot of the issue, CE list of the payment which is appearing and which is not appearing.

Kindly review the issue and let me know the solution.
