Translation Not Current in Consolidation Workbench

Hi,

We are seeing some odd results when closing our subsidiary books.  For example we translated balances for March, closed the books and then went to consolidate in the consolidation book.  In the consolidation workbench the translation status was showing as not current.  What we don't understand is why this is being viewed as not current when there were no changes made in the subsidiary book.  I was unable to find any topics on the normal support site so figured i would ask here. 

We are on Oracle 12.1.3
