ASR 4.8 is now available

in Oracle Auto Service Request (ASR) (MOSC)

ASR 4.8 includes the following enhancements and fixes:

  • ASR Manager 4.8:
    • A new command is available, "asr list_registrations", that displays all ASR Manager current registrations. Particularly helpful if the ASR Manager is being used as a relay.
    • Improvements to the show_diag_upload_status command to include any remote request activities and SR# when appropriate.
    • Enhanced snmpget functionality increases the likelihood of a successful transaction and improved event enrichment.
    • Corrects a known issue where assets with ServiceTag serial numbers with leading or trailing spaces couldn't be activated
    • Corrects a known issue where the list_asset -i and list_asset -h options aren't working.
