Error while applying adpatch while migration

We are doing platform migration of EBS 12.0.4 from HP-UX to AIX 6.1 . We are following the document 438086.1 for the same. As part of the steps we are trying to apply the Manifest specific patch in the target environment. But gives us the following error. The complete error file is attached.

$ /opt/oracle/admin/OICP/software/patch/18138114/ad/patch/115/etc/212/adpatch options=hotpatch,phtofile
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /opt/oracle/admin/OICP/software/patch/18138114/ad/patch/115/etc/212/adpatch because of the following errors:
rtld: 0712-001 Symbol kpudsc was referenced
     from module adpatch(), but a runtime definition
     of the symbol was not found.
