What's the configuration will impact the column 'Item / Job' in Sourcing RFQ Iine Import Spreadsheet

Hi,

I want to know which configuration will impact the columns 'Item / Job' in Sourcing RFQ Line Import Spreadsheet as in our test1 instance it showed 'Item / Job' but it showed 'Item' in a new created instance.

Please check attached.
