Regarding Email Template Attachments - F9 Functionality in Siebel

We have a requirement in Siebel F9 Functionality. Would like to know how it can be implemented ?

We have multiple Email Templates (Plain / HTML), which were currently using in sending outbound emails using F9 Functionality successfully.But...

Requirement :- Whenever we select Email Template in F9 Send Email Window, Automatically attachments(like pdf, doc etc etc) under email template should be get attach to the Send Email window.

Kindly Advise.
