Display Pop-Up message in Configurator

Hello,
 
we have the following requirement:
1. The user creates an order
2. Adds a Promotion with the following structure
  APRATTA_PROMOTION_A
  |__ APRATTA_RCP --> Customizable Product
  |__ APRATTA_PROD_K --> Simple Product (1,1,1)
  |__ APRATTA_PROD_C --> Simple Product (0,1,0)
  |__ APRATTA_PROD_E --> Simple Product (0,1,0)
3. The user presses button Customize on product APRATTA_RCP
4. When the configurator is loaded the user picks product APRATTA_PROD_C (checks the check box next to the product)
5. Required: when the user picks product APRATTA_PROD_C, a popup message needs to appear (only for the specific product) displaying a generic message set by the Product Administrator.
