How to open word and pdf attachment in purchase order on Apple Ipad

Hi, I got user who use apple model which is IOS and now having difficulties in opening media object Eg. word / pdf attachment in JDE E910 E1 page...it even do not prompt for a download.....

wondering what IOS browser is supported by E910 ....

pls advice,
