PO is not auto-closed upon Full Matching

Hi,

Actually, as far as I know from the standard EBS functionality, when a PO is fully matched (at AP level), its status is automatically set to Closed. I have however a scenario where a fully matched PO remains Open and I would like to get some advice.

The PO history is as follows:

  • PO submitted for Approval on 26-SEP-2012.
  • PO rejected on 26-SEP-2012.
  • PO resubmitted for Approval on 26-SEP-2012.
  • PO approved on 26-SEP-2012.
  • PO manually closed on 26-FEB-2013.
  • PO manually re-opened on 08-OCT-2013.
  • PO fully matched on 16-OCT-2013.

The PO has only 1 line with an item quantity 1. Much grateful if anyone can advise.
